We're passionate about facilitating scientific discovery and providing innovative solutions to the scientific community.We are seeking a motivated R&D Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation technologies for nanoparticle separation and measurement.Role OverviewAs an R&D Scientist, you will play a key role in developing new products and protocols for both the isolation and measurement of nanoparticles, including EVs and LNPs. You will be part of a team of R&D scientists contributing to the evolution of Izon's nanoparticle isolation and measurement products. This position involves hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and collaborative problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct laboratory experiments to develop and refine protocols and products for nanoparticle isolation and measurement.Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory notebooks to document experiments and findings.Analyse experimental data, identify trends, and report findings clearly and accurately.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and timelines.Prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations.Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and procedures.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant scientific discipline in the fields of biology, chemistry or experimental physics.Hands-on laboratory experience, including protocol execution and optimisation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to maintain detailed lab records.Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.A curious and proactive mindset with a passion for scientific discovery.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.How to ApplyIf you are excited about contributing to advancements in nanoparticle science, we'd love to hear from you.
