You'll partner with the Coach - Operational Excellence to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service.
Reporting into the Coach, you will:
Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:
A passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career
1-2 years retail leadership experience within stockroom management, stock planning, facility management or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound computer proficiency
A natural sense of urgency
