You will ensure all work is delivered for our customers, safely, on time and to the highest quality standard.In addition to the above you will:Complete various project works/new equipment builds (including in-house design)Carry out repairs and maintenance of equipmentProvide support to on-site crews and their equipment (including fabrication, diagnostics and maintenance)We're looking for someone with:An NZQA qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Fitting & Machining) and/or significant industry experience.Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 is advantageous)Strong mechanical, machining and welding skillsThe ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environmentA proactive approach to Health and Safety - it's our #1 priorityGood interpersonal and communication skillsA positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn new skills and most importantly, a good sense of humour.At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.All successful candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen prior to employment.
