Key Responsibilities and skill sets: Proven experience and Qualified as a Quantity Surveyor Proven experience in the NZ Construction Industry Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive innovator and always looks for continuous improvement.
Sound understanding of the Construction Contracts Act.
Up to date knowledge of construction techniques and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accurately measuring and quantifying scope of work to be tendered.
Prepare accurate and competitive tender submissions.
