Day to Day:
Working with a public sector contractor, we are looking for an experienced QS to work with a repairs & maintenance team, delivering various planned and reactive work streams in the South West. Previous experience of working with SOR is essential.
Full commercial responsibility of financials on repairs
Estimating cost of jobs
Allocating pricing with schedule of rates
Liaising with site teams to keep jobs on track
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Proven career working as a Quantity Surveyor
Experience of managing Public Sector contracts would be beneficial
Experience of planned and reactive contracts
Sector related qualifications, although experience is more important
