Job Description Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are teaming up with a local professional consultancy who are expanding the quantity surveying team. After years in the making, the commercial team is developing and now need another quantity surveyor to join the Waikato office.
They are bringing on more and more projects in the region, creating an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to take on quite a diverse range of projects. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys the typical duties and wants to be part of a fun and high-energy team.
Qualifications A related technical qualification Excellent quantity surveying skills New Build/Refurb project knowledge (build/civil) Experience over 5 years since graduation Enjoys networking & healthy living This client requires a determined and focused quantity surveyor who can take on a project from the pricing stage to completion with excellent financial results. You will have an eye for detail and the intrinsic ability to make every project as much of a financial success as possible.
The current team is a vibrant and fun mix of talent, with a good cross-section of backgrounds in the office. Therefore, this consultancy would like to see applications from both contractors and consultancies backgrounds.
This role will give you the opportunity to make a difference and provide you with the platform to move your career to the next level. You will have the support of your senior manager, but essentially it is down to you to make your projects a success.
