Key Responsibilities: Develop client relationships that thrive and endure Define key business challenges and shape quantitative research studies Immerse yourself in the client's business to establish a credible base of knowledge Manage quantitative and mixed methodology projects, including working with a key online community. Run smaller projects independently & contribute to larger complex projects with the team Design surveys and juggle several projects at one time Dig into data sets to interpret meaningful, commercially relevant insights Take responsibility for designing client-ready presentations Desirable skills: A tertiary education preferably related to marketing or statistics Prior research agency experience is essential A minimum of 1.5/2 years for the Strategist level and 3/4 years experience at Senior Strategist level Experience of ad hoc and continuous quantitative research projects Experience in developing surveys, project management, analysing and integrating data (SPSS/Q) A strategic mindset and an understanding of how to develop actionable insights that provide clients with business solutions and opportunities.
