Description Our client, a leading manufacturer of bagged concrete, mortar, and waterproofing products, has been a trusted name in the industry for over 30 years, supplying innovative products to major hardware retail chains. We are currently seeking a QC/QC Technician to join our team in Onehunga.

The Role:
Plan, prepare, and conduct testing of raw materials and finished products
Control and investigate customer complaints
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 – Quality Management System
Support site safety, health, and environmental compliance
Maintain all aspects of Good Laboratory Practices
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of document control
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in computer applications (Excel and Word) and technical knowledge
A proactive attitude to work independently and as part of a team
