Manager - Compliance And Conduct

Our Group Risk team is looking for a Manager - Compliance and Conduct to support the implementation and effectiveness of compliance and conduct risk programmes across SkyCity.
Reporting to the Compliance and Conduct Lead, this role provides independent advice to the business on the management of compliance and conduct risks arising from both operational and change initiatives, ensuring that the risks are well managed in strategic and regulatory projects and that controls are appropriately designed, tested, and implemented.
Role requirements: 5+ years proven experience in Risk, Compliance, or Legal in the Gaming or Financial Services sectorA Bachelor's degree in a related field e.g. Law is preferred (but not required)Working knowledge of key legislation, regulations, and global best practices relating to compliance and conduct risk managementStrong relationship managementFlexibility to pitch in and help the team in generalExcellent verbal and written communicationSuccess in this role will be the ability to understand and articulate risks and work collaboratively across our organisation.
