Quality Technician

The Gulf Product Development Centre (PDC) designs innovative engineered rubber and plastic products. The team delivers technically demanding polymer products and solutions for domestic and global niche markets. Gulf PDC is part of NZX listed Skellerup Holdings Limited.
What you'll be doing:  Working closely with the product development team, the core focus of your role will be to: 
Validate products.Operate and fully utilise the Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).Prepare Pre-Production Approval Process (PPAP) submissions. Issue product quality documents.What we're looking for: 
You will need experience in: 
Working with small high precision plastic and or rubber components and assemblies. Measuring products on vision and touch probe CMM.Completing PPAP documents including PFMEA, Control plans, process flow, SIR and PSW.Reviewing product drawings. Completing product quality documents such as visual aids, inspection standards and packaging specifications.Documenting processes, including manuals for assembly machines If you would like a role where you can contribute to the collective results and work in an international company with a reputation for quality, then hit the apply button and send us your CV and Cover Letter today.
