About the role: Calling experienced Health Professionals! This role enjoys flexible working arrangements doing days and hours that suit you across a 0.8FTE supporting the Safety, Quality and Risk Manager in hospital safety, systems and processes within a leading private hospital. You will have close contact with staff in terms of incidents or provide advice across quality, risk and safety where required. This role also includes document management and annual audits so will need to be able to analyse data and communicate effectively. Benefits: Flexible working arrangements Xmas close down Funded health insurance Relocation allowance Nursing Council approved PDRP What you have to do: Implement and maintain hospital safety and quality systems Support the Safety, Quality and Risk Manager Provide advice and support to staff where necessary Document management to ensure procedures and guidelines are always in date Conduct the annual audit program, analysing data and communicate findings Skills and Experience: Hold a Bachelor degree level healthcare qualification Recent experience within a healthcare company is essential Have relevant post graduate safety and/or quality systems qualifications Demonstrated ability to analyse data and communicate findings Strong written and verbal communication Working knowledge of patient centred care including cultural safety Experience using the London Protocol desired This is a really exciting opportunity in quality within a private healthcare setting, apply today!
