We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Quality Officers to join our team full-time, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
As part of our growing team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to excellence, ensuring that every supplement we produce adheres to rigorous quality controls and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure strict adherence to internal and external quality standards.
Maintain and oversee quality control procedures throughout all stages of production.
Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality protocols.
Investigate product issues or defects and implement corrective actions with production teams.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), RMP(Risk Management Programmes) and HACCP.
Collect and analyze quality data, providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Train and educate staff on quality control practices and ensure consistent compliance.
Qualifications: Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within food, supplements, or pharmaceuticals.
Strong knowledge of GMP, RMP, HACCP, and other relevant industry standards.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently when needed.
Strong communication skills and a passion for maintaining high standards.
What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $28 to $35, depending on experience.
Full-time, permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
