We are on the lookout for a Quality Investigation Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis.You will be at the forefront of ensuring that our products meet and exceed Synlait standards.
If you are passionate about uncovering detail and ensuring perfection to make a real impact, this role will be based in Pokeno with some travel to Mangere.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate and document customer deviation responses.
Conduct thorough investigations into quality issues.Direct stakeholder actions and clearly document outcomes for customers in a timely manner.
Document findings, maintain accurate records, and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.Assist and coach the quality specialist teams with investigating complex quality events.
Ensure root causes and corrective and preventative actions are reached using systematic problem-solving methodology.Assemble customer product release packs, ensuring they are released on time.Identify and implement improvement opportunities through investigation findings.Assist Quality Improvement leads on long-term quality improvement initiatives.If you are detail-oriented and a natural problem solver with experience in quality assurance or a related field, then we want to hear from you!Skills and Experience:To be considered for this role, you will require:Ability to lead, manage, and elicit cooperation from multiple business unitsStakeholder engagement and managementAbility to communicate clearly and project credibility both verbally and in writingBuilding strong relationships both inside and outside the business unitProven knowledge of food safety, quality, and HACCP systemsA degree in food technology or science is highly regarded in this role.What's next?
