We are excited to offer an exceptional 1-year internship opportunity designed specifically for students who are looking for a placement or graduate position. At Siemens Gamesa, we are looking for motivated interns to join our team, where you will have the chance to apply your academic knowledge, develop new skills, and contribute to impactful projects.
As a Quality Intern, you will support the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams in delivering high-quality solutions to issues that arise in the manufacturing environment daily. This internship will provide you with firsthand experience of the challenges faced by today's Quality Department in the manufacturing sector and offer an in-depth understanding of quality and manufacturing operations at a modern high-tech facility.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
Assisting with quality inspections, audit preparations, achieving certification in Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), quality improvements, data collection, data analysis, and other quality-related tasks as needed.
The Quality Department is responsible for inspecting blades throughout production using various technologies and equipment, working with certification bodies to meet required standards, and liaising with internal and external customers to ensure adherence to Siemens' quality standards.
You will also inspect non-conforming raw materials and test resin in different stages of blade production within the laboratory.
Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to address quality issues, contribute to the development and implementation of innovative quality or process solutions, and occasionally work different shifts.
