We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to become an integral part of our team. The Opportunity: This is a great opportunity to join our multi-talented Quality team where you will work alongside our key departments to ensure quality aspects of their functions are operating appropriately. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will provide support to maintain a high level of regulatory compliance while participating in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the continuation of quality measurement, planning and improvement. Key accountabilities and duties of this role include supporting manufacturing non-conformance investigations, customer complaints, CAPA and audit observations. You will also ensure QMS systems are effectively managed, while also performing internal quality system audits to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations. About You: We are looking for the following experience and skills: Quality Assurance experience in a Pharmaceutical, Science, Biotechnology or Manufacturing environment Tertiary qualification in either Science, Engineering, Technology or similar Strong investigational techniques (root cause analysis) and excellent report writing skills Experience in statistical analysis and using these techniques to critically analyse data Professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player who can collaborate and work effectively with others At NZP we believe every team member plays an integral role in the overall success of the business.
