You'll lead our QA practice, guiding everything from our SAP and supply chain systems to in-store and digital business areas. If you're ready to drive excellence and deliver world-class applications that push our business forward, this is your chance to make a difference.What You'll Be Up To:Delivering Strategic Leadership: You'll build a culture where QA is second nature, championing best practices, industry trends, and a continuous improvement mindset.Creating Operational Excellence: From creating test plans to guiding QA engineers across our agile squads, you'll ensure that every project and every product meets our high standards for quality.Financial Savvy: Represent QA in financial planning sessions, manage costs for staffing and software, and make strategic investments in our tools and capabilities.Collaboration and Mentorship: You'll work hand-in-hand with Agile and Delivery Practices, supporting QA leads and inspiring them to improve and innovate.Hands-On Innovation: Not afraid to roll up your sleeves, you'll showcase best practices, dive deep into QA activities, and champion test automation across the FSNI ecosystem.About youWith a strong foundation in Quality Assurance, you'll bring at least seven years of experience in testing, including three in a leadership role. You have a wide breadth of experience on what food quality assurance looks like for solutions across a wide range of technology stacks, from ERP and CRM like SAP and Salesforce to traditional web and mobile development. Your communication and interpersonal skills enable you to connect seamlessly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, navigating complex, fast-paced environments with ease.You thrive in agile settings, with a proven ability to lead by example, dive into the details when needed, and inspire a collaborative culture of support, coaching, and personal growth.
