ASB is seeking a strategic and data-driven Manager Quality Assurance - Reporting, Insights & Capability to enhance our Financial Crime activities. In this pivotal role, you will deliver accurate and insightful reports that highlight QA performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement. You will drive initiatives to enhance operational performance, risk management, and regulatory adherence while developing a high-performing QA team and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reports that provide a clear view of QA performance, risks, and areas for improvement within both the QA team and Financial Crime Operations. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance, risk management, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Maintain and advance quality assurance frameworks and best practices to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance with industry standards. Identify, escalate, and address risk management and conduct issues, as well as areas for improvement. Enable informed decision-making by providing actionable insights derived from comprehensive data analysis. Build and lead a skilled QA team capable of managing the complexities of financial crime operations and contributing to continuous improvement. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration in all QA activities. Proven experience in quality assurance, internal audit, or risk management, with a track record of progressive leadership responsibilities. In-depth understanding of Financial Crime processes and activities, risk management methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions. Solid experience in change management and a track record of driving process improvements. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with quality assurance frameworks and a strong understanding of financial crime legislation. Ability to drive automation and digital transformation within QA reporting and analysis processes.
