Our Infrastructure Group plays a pivotal role in planning, designing, and implementing projects that support the growth and development of our region.Te Wero - The ChallengeEnsuring that the Infrastructure team has comprehensive and well-documented Quality Assurance (QA) processes in place, and that these processes are consistently followed.
By rigorously testing to the highest standards before delivering to customers, we can significantly reduce the need for rework and prevent delays caused by unforeseen issues.
This proactive approach not only enhances FNDC's credibility but also ensures we meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
By maintaining stringent QA practices, we build trust with our customers and demonstrate our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.The ideal candidate should possess:Educational Background: A Bachelors' degree in a relevant field is required.Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is essential.Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges.Multitasking: Capability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.We value individuals who demonstrate proactivity, adaptability, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
