We are fast-paced, continuously evolving, and offer a collaborative approach to deliver results together.Qualifications & experienceProven experience in quality management and compliance roles, preferably in the food or beverage industry.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Familiarity with food safety programs, such as HACCP and GMP.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Tasks & responsibilitiesImplement/develop site quality systems as per AONZ DQS system.Ensure sufficient trained staff are available to complete tasks as per DQS and all food safety requirements are met.Provide Sales with up-to-date information regarding Oil and Guacamole, which includes testing, market requirements, and any other customer requirements.Audit systems to ensure product quality/compliance.Implement and monitor on-site Food Safety Management, including regular audits, documentation updates, and escalation of relevant issues.Build and maintain relationships with external audit staff and market contacts.Help create new systems/processes when products are developed.BenefitsHealth InsuranceLaptop/Mobile phone ProvidedMonthly product allocationAnnual Grove DayYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Compliance Coordinator?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?Are you willing to relocate for this role?
