Nau mai haere mai ki ta matou whanau |Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family We're seeking an experienced Asphalt Quality Manager to join our Bay of Plenty surfacing team to lead and develop quality systems across our asphalt laying business.
This role will have an impact both in the field, working with our asphalt laying crews to improve methodologies and ensure best practice techniques are used, as well as in the office improving on quality systems and streamlining quality reporting for our clients.
A strong knowledge and understanding of asphalt laying as well as the compliance requirements of NZTA M/10 Specification is therefore critical for this role.Your strong communication skills will also be vital in building relationships with key stakeholders and implementing effective process enhancements.
There is some flexibility in the operational hours for this role however if you have worked in this industry before then you will know that most of this work happens a night and therefore there will be some requirement to work outside of standard business hours.
