Your new team We are a high performing team who manage day to day business procedures, to ensure quality and compliance is met across three participant codes.As part of this activity, we are responsiblefor handling large volumes of data daily with strong cultural principles ofbeing customer focused, driving for one-touch resolution of issues and fix atsource.
Your new role The purpose of this role is to manage thequality of daily business procedures to ensure compliance, while working tocorrect any identified issues at the source.You will be solutions andresults focused and enjoy working as part of a high performing team, withstrong personal drive and attention to detail, to deliver operational excellence.You will work closely with participants inthe industry and may be involved in forums and code changes for continuousimprovement and desirable outcomes to our services.
Undertakecomprehensive and effective analysis of incorrect or missing data
Identifyand execute amendment of data as needed
Dataentry is managed effectively and efficiently with high completion rates
Handlemeter data customer enquiries, escalations, reports as requested
Contributeto delivery of data services to meet SLAs in Australia & New Zealand
Contributeas needed to completion of and then comply with a fully documented suite ofoperational processes which deliver the right customer outcomes
Ensuretimely and accurate data is received and validated from field service providersoperating under a correct at source mentality.
Reviewand provide input into code changes (including proposed changes)
Alignprocesses with code requirements or change
About You Experience and understanding of NZ Electricity and MeteringRequirements.
Ability to understand, analyse and resolve any datadiscrepancies
Familiarity with creation and optimisation of businessprocesses, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and writtencommunication
Able to work collaboratively and effectively within a teamenvironment
Drive and perseverance to achieve business outcomes
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to problem solve and question to improve process forquicker resolution
Ability to own an issue/improvement through to completion
