Job Description


We are seeking two permanent Quality Administrators where you will conduct routine quality auditing and task reviews and present findings to the People Leader and Service Delivery Manager. This role supports The National Cervical Screening Programme.
This exciting role is based in Wellington Office working Monday – Friday.
Atu mo te mahi | About the role
As a Quality Administrator, your key role is to drive quality excellence by implementing processes, training strategies, and initiatives across various programs. This involves auditing documentation and tasks, completing Failsafe reports, and ensuring NCSP process adherence. You report your findings to the People Leader and Service Delivery Manager for coaching, training, and quality improvement.
The day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:

Provide training as required and develop training materials to promote best practice work processes
Develop reports and offer recommendations based on incident analysis
Conduct audits on work tasks from the National Cervical Screening Programme's processes and procedures
Create and deliver reporting and analysis of audit trends and insights through the quality review process

Skills and Competence

Proficiency in the audit process, with the ability to document outcomes
Competence in role modelling and teaching database use
Confidently able to provide appropriate coaching recommendations
Adaptability to navigate and support change management initiatives
Proven ability to contribute to process and service delivery improvement
Ability to work collaboratively across the team to drive service performance through coaching based on daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators
Capability to support ongoing service improvements in alignment with other business needs
Whakarongorau Aotearoa acknowledges Mana Maori and matauranga Maori as a professional skill set
