Mo te tunga I About the Role: BestStart Marshland Road are seeking a qualified teacher or an experienced educator for their close knit established team.
They are looking for an individual who will be curious, show courage, determination and resilience.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
ensuring thoughtful, meaningful and fun environments supporting tamariki ma by encouraging child-led learning and play allowing the children to take risks while encouraging them to achieve the tasks they set out to do role modelling respect and care for all areas of our environment Role requirements:
· B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current teacher registration/certification
· Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning
· Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
· A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
· Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
