NZ Plumbers, Gasfitters, Drainlayers Board license or eligible to apply
We are currently seeking a qualified plumber who will be based in Whangarei. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing duties, including installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients to address plumbing needs
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements NZ Plumbers, Gasfitters, Drainlayers Board license or eligible to apply
Prior relevant plumbing experience and relevant qualification necessary
Previous experience in commercial as well as domestic plumbing would be an advantage, as would drainlaying and gasfitting experience
Fit and healthy as the work is a physical job
Able to speak and understand English
Has a strong Health and Safety knowledge and understanding
Full set of basic tools required for plumbing
Must be a team player to work well within a diverse team
Must be able to work without supervision
