About The Role
QT Queenstown is looking to fill the role of Operations Agent as part of Queenstown's hottest team and driving excellence in our 69 room boutique hotel. The role will also involve supporting the sister hotel, Rydges Queenstown.
The talent must be passionate, innovative and exceptional as they manage the guests' experience and coordinate the scene.
An Operations Agent works across all areas of the hotel as required, with a key focus on:
Front Office & Concierge
Food & Beverage – Bar, Restaurant, Conferencing & Events
The successful candidate must be available to work on a 7 day rotating roster and be available for morning and evening shifts, as well as being available to work Christmas Day and New Year's evening.
