The Role
Lead the QS team for the Group by providing timely and accurate Estimating, QS, Pricing and Tendering services for construction projects across market sectors and across Niche Group Companies including modular, commercial and subtrades.
Oversee project timeline and cost management from pre-construction through to completion with an unwavering focus on quality and urgency.
Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and team members to deliver cost-effective and timely project solutions.
Build and maintain trust with stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Manage and maintain project documentation and reports, including project controls, progress reports and administration.
Mentor, supervise and motivate the talented QS and Estimating team.
The Ideal Candidate
10+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
Proven ability to lead teams to achieve project and company goals.
Outstanding budgeting/forecasting/cost control abilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills as you will be working with a variety of customers and clients across multiple sectors.
