Experience in the New Zealand dairy industry is essential for senior members of the team. For junior members, a relevant degree and some hands-on experience in the food industry are required.Great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word and general office software is essential. Experience in external and internal audits will be an advantage.Caring for details, being self-motivated, having strong responsibility, good adaptability, being open-minded, and possessing superb reasoning and learning capability are also important.
