As a QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the platform's quality and reliability, directly contributing to its market success.

Known for their commitment to service and high quality products, they are now focused on building a world-class SaaS offering to further solidify their market dominance.Your RoleImplement and manage QA processes for the new SaaS platform.Enhance automation frameworks for new and existing features with maintainable code.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of 3 testers.Identify, record, and track issues to ensure high quality.Be a capable team player with a focus on customer satisfaction.Your FitProven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with 3-5 years in a technical leadership role, preferably within a SaaS company.Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with hands-on experience using Cypress, JMeter, and GIT.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Great written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with DevOps practices and Scrum/Agile methodologies.
