The Purpose Strategy Lead is responsible for developing the strategy for each of our three goals to ensure that our approach to delivering on our purpose aligns with core business and is having a positive impact for Tamariki, Kiwi and Aotearoa. In this role you will need to be passionate about the power of purpose to drive performance and have a desire to help shape the programme of work that brings this to life for Kiwibank. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders such as Strategy to develop clear criteria and measurement to embed our purpose across the business, consider future trends and how we will respond to these in a way that delivers better outcomes for our people, customers and business; and ensure that it's clear how our purpose and our purpose pillars contribute to our overall business performance and strategy.

Experience conducting strategic analysis and developing strategic programmes that deliver meaningful social and commercial impactUnderstanding of purpose or social impact strategies and measurement frameworksAdvanced ability to build relationships quickly and confidently and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external partiesProven ability to influence at all levels across a businessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong understanding of macro-economic issues that can impact financial confidence and a thriving AotearoaAbove all we are looking for someone who embodies our Kiwibank purpose and values, and someone who thrives in a fun and supportive work environment.
