You will be responsible for maintaining effective goods-inwards procedures and supporting inventory management, specifically ensuring the supply and demand of food stocks are met.
The role includes overseeing purchasing, confirming deliveries and shipments, managing inventory levels, and providing essential support to relevant departments such as food and beverage operations.Your main responsibilities will consist of the following:Ensuring Health and Safety policies are followedManagement of one part-time employeeAdhere to restrictions of cost of sales are managed within budgeted guidelinesEnsure all stock items received are receipted in as soon as practical on receipt of goodsComplete month end functions are completed on timeStock managementAssist the wider team with key deliverables as outlined by your managerSo Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?You hold a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or are qualified by experience2-3 years' experience as a purchasing manager or agentProven experience managing a team within a similar positionStock managementExperience with Check SCM is a mustYou describe yourself as a self-starter who is motivated to strive for positive changeComputer literacy with Microsoft applications i.e.
