Located in the heart of Palmerston North, our psychology team operates within the Community Corrections Hub. We primarily work in prison settings in both Manawatu and Whanganui (male prisons), as well as in Community Corrections. As a psychologist within this team, you will have the opportunity to dive into diverse clinical tasks, specialising in assessing and intervening with high-risk offenders. You will contribute to trauma-informed care and conduct neuropsychological assessments. Your role is crucial in addressing complex challenges, working with motivated individuals for positive change. Utu a-tau | Salary
The salary range for the role is $83,286 - $133,370. Frontline Psychologists also have the ability to work towards additional allowances and allocated professional development funding. We may also offer flexible and/or part-time options for working hours. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
