Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Propositions: Lead long-term segment propositions, conduct market analysis, and collaborate on business plans.
Analyse and Report: Use data to support profitability and growth.
Strategic Input: Contribute to strategic discussions and ensure alignment with FMG's plans.
Relationship Management: Maintain key stakeholder relationships and communicate initiatives.
Networking: Attend industry events and community gatherings.
What you bring Qualifications: Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
Experience: 5+ years in product management, agribusiness, or a commercial role in Financial Services. Experience in Rural and Provincial business or Farming.
Skills: Strong business awareness, market knowledge, and understanding of rural and insurance products. Proven ability in business development and stakeholder management.
