You enjoy keeping people in the loop with regular updates and understand who needs to know what and when The skills we're looking for Active Real Estate LicenceYou'll have an active real estate licence in New ZealandCommercial Acumen You're able to understand, analyse, and make sound business decisionsProven ExperienceIdeally you'll have 6+ months experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a specific focus on new builds and off plan sales, or an interest to specialise in this areaZoning and Land KnowledgeYou're a quick learner with the ability to grasp complex product details and market dynamics. You'll ideally bring knowledge of the property development lifecycle or a keenness to learn.Communication and NegotiationExcellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent client' interestsInterpersonal SkillsExceptional interpersonal and networking abilities to build and maintain client relationshipsTech SavvyExperience with using CRM software for lead management and data entry (Vaultre) with the ambition to meet and exceed lead qualification goals and KPI'sValues ChampionYou're a champion of our values!
