The role If you enjoy being at the forefront of innovation by helping buyers visualise their dream homes and shaping future communities, then this role is your blank canvas. A new opportunity has been created here at Wallace & Stratton to specialise in off-plan and new build sales. By leveraging your interest and curiosity in property development, you'll partner with developers and vendors to investors and buyers, playing a crucial role in helping them find their perfect home. The day-to-day Customer Experience You'll build effective and long standing relationships with vendors, investors, property developers and buyers by understanding client needs for the perfect match Market Expertise You'll research property development and first-home buyer market trends, determine property values and offer pricing advice Property Assessment Review documentation, imagery and visit sites to assess potential Deal Negotiation Skillfully negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction closings Compliance The detail never escapes your attention, ensure paperwork is spot-on Learning & Growth Stay updated on industry trends and attend training for professional development Time Management An organised life. You'll seamlessly plan and manage your daily, weekly and monthly goals with a team focused and big picture mindset Communication Utilise a range of tools for effective communication. You enjoy keeping people in the loop with regular updates and understand who needs to know what and when The skills we're looking for Active Real Estate Licence You'll have an active real estate licence in New Zealand Commercial Acumen You're able to understand, analyse, and make sound business decisions Proven Experience Ideally you'll have 6+ months experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a specific focus on new builds and off plan sales, or an interest to specialise in this area Zoning and Land Knowledge You're a quick learner with the ability to grasp complex product details and market dynamics. You'll ideally bring knowledge of the property development lifecycle or a keenness to learn. Communication and Negotiation Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent client' interests Interpersonal Skills Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities to build and maintain client relationships Tech Savvy Experience with using CRM software for lead management and data entry (Vaultre) with the ambition to meet and exceed lead qualification goals and KPI's Values Champion You're a champion of our values!
