Te Haeata/The Opportunity
Courthouses need to be fit for purpose, complying with legislative and regulatory requirements, and meeting the diverse business needs of the Judiciary, Ministry of Justice staff, and other agencies working from the courthouse. They also need to meet the needs of court users and reflect the partnership relationships the Ministry has with local iwi and hapu.
The Property Project Manager will lead and deliver a range of projects in both size and complexity and provide leadership to the team members within their project space.
The role includes building strong relationships with key internal clients and supporting other project managers and coordinators to create continuous development of a high-performing team.
O pukenga/Skills and Experience
To be successful in the role you will have:
Experience in building design, construction, and property infrastructure, with a strong understanding of property project management principles.
Outstanding planning and organisational skills, with significant experience influencing continuous improvement across project delivery lifecycles.
Commercial acumen and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A sound understanding of All of Government project procurement principles.
An understanding and appreciation of cultural issues and concerns Tikanga Maori.

Utu a-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $110,766 and $154,680 based on skills and experience.
