Our client is looking for a full-time Property Manager to serve their clients in Wairoa, Mahia, Nuhaka, Tuai, and occasionally traveling to Gisborne for team training and events. If you're passionate about property management and are ready for a new challenge, this could be the perfect role for you!
What you'll do:
Manage a diverse portfolio of properties.
Work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance, and handle lease renewals.
Help onboard new properties as the portfolio expands, potentially including Airbnbs.
What you'll receive:
Full-time role with flexible day-to-day management.
Company car, with personal use allowed within Wairoa and travel to Gisborne.
Mac laptop, iPhone, and iPad provided to support your work.
