Propertyscouts Hawkes Bay have an exciting opportunity for a full time residential Property Manager.
Propertyscouts are a nationwide team of Property Management experts, currently with 24 offices throughout New Zealand.
It is an exciting company to work for as it is experiencing strong growth nationwide.
Due to strong growth within Hawkes Bay, an opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to take over a small portfolio of residential properties and add new properties to the portfolio.
The position is based out of the Havelock North office but the portfolio will cover Havelock North, Hastings, and Napier.
Minimum Requirements: Previous Property Management experience is essential and a knowledge of Palace software is preferred.
The successful candidate will be provided with a new company vehicle and phone.
