Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple properties
Conducting regular inspections and managing maintenance requests
Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Handling lease renewals, tenant move-ins, and move-outs
Responding to out-of-hours emergencies as needed
Conducting showings and inspections

A flexible schedule, including availability for weekend work and out-of-hours calls

Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
