Property Manager

BCR is a full service property management company operating in both the long term rental and short term accommodation sectors.
We are on the hunt for an experienced Property Manager based in Christchurch.
The successful candidate will have the chance to make their mark to develop and grow the role within our number one business. You will be backed by great systems and a competent and commercially focused team for support.
This role consists of 20 hours per week split evenly over 4 Days (Mon-Thurs).
Qualities and skills the ideal candidate will have are:
Previous property management experience
Understanding of property management software and systems, using Palace would be advantageous
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Be customer service oriented and have a professional attitude
Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
A current Full New Zealand driver's license
Tech savvy
Excellent and proactive communication skills
