Property Manager

Presbyterian Support South Canterbury is looking for an experienced Property Manager as we continue to grow our portfolio. The Property Manager role also includes procurement and project management. This is a new position for PSSC, so the right person can really make this role their own.
The ideal person will have diploma or degree qualifications in Property Management, trades, construction, or equivalent along with relevant industry experience. Knowledge of the retirement village industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
A strong knowledge of Health and Safety is essential.
The position is 40 hours per week. This role reports directly to the CEO and the successful applicant will be a member of the senior management team.
