This landmark property operates 24 hours a day, with a front desk operation during the day and onsite security after hours to maintain a high level of service to residents. The successful applicant will join a successful business and efficient operation that exceeds expectations.About the RoleYou will assist the Senior Property Manager with the overall success of the property, including leasing rooms, managing existing corporate clients, overseeing tenancies, and ensuring resident satisfaction and high product quality standards. This role involves managing various areas of the building to foster a safe, friendly atmosphere of superior service and product quality for all residents. You will also organize social events and manage the brand's social media platforms to help create a vibrant, community-focused environment.What we are looking forThe ideal candidate may have hotel, accommodation, or reservations experience, have a go-getter attitude and a desire to create a lively atmosphere. While some property management experience is advantageous, training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
