We have a new opportunity for a well-organised and enthusiastic Property Manager to join the team of this Central Auckland Property Management Company. The successful applicant will ideally have:At least 1 years' Property Management experienceKnowledge of the Residential Tenancies ActExcellent organisation and time management skillsA customer focused approach in dealing with Landlords & TenantsA team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humourFull & clean NZ drivers' licenceAll the tools you will need will be provided including a company car.
