You are able to manage stressful situations without taking it too personally.And finally, our superman (or superwoman) can recognize and pass on sales opportunities when they arise and either close the deal or pass it on to the appropriate person in the office.You must have a clean driver's license and have mastered basic computer skills and are familiar with MS Office products. More importantly, you have an interest in people and in property.Skills/ ExperienceYou would have prior experience in customer service or client relationship management. Ideally you would also have experience in property management and property investment and would be familiar with residential tenancy law and basic residential property maintenance needs.Please apply online.
