Christchurch Girls' High School | Te Kura o Hine Waiora is a leading state day and boarding school for Years 9-13 students, located in the heart of Christchurch City by Hagley Park.
We have an exciting opportunity to join Christchurch Girls' High School | Te Kura o Hine Waiora as Property Manager/Caretaker. Our Property Manager/Caretaker performs a key role in proactively managing the safety, presentation, maintenance and general condition of the buildings, facilities, grounds, garden and environment at Christchurch Girls' High School | Te Kura o Hine Waiora.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted, reliable and self-motivated individual who has the skills and attributes to play an integral role in ensuring our property, equipment and grounds are maintained to the highest standard.
This is a permanent position of 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. At times this individual will need to respond to out of hours issues, as required.
