Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Leasing Specialist to join their dynamic team. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with both internal and external parties. Providing insightful analysis and recommendations on upcoming lease renewals or expiries will be crucial for decision-making processes. Monitoring costs to ensure work progresses as scheduled will also fall under your remit. Building strong relationships with property owners and directors will be key to your success in this role.
