Join our team as a Property Finance Analyst, where you will drive profitable growth by managing a portfolio of commercial property investment and/or development customers. You will be the key to delivering tailored financial solutions, preparing detailed credit applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert financial analysis and risk assessment.
In this fantastic role, you will be a key player in our team, where your contributions are truly valued. You'll have the chance to further refine your property finance skills while gaining comprehensive exposure to every facet of the transaction process. At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

Strong background in a commercial or property finance, ideally in a banking environment
Proven ability to assess complex risks to find mutually acceptable solutions
Confidently write property finance credit risk papers
Sound knowledge of credit management, policies and procedures
Excellent relationship and communication skills with strength in building strong meaningful business relationships at all levels
Tertiary qualification in property or related field would be favourable
