Our Property Finance team is committed to providing the best property finance solutions to New Zealand.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Auckland-based Property Finance team.
Focused solely on commercial property lending, you will be responsible for proactively providing frontline service to a portfolio of high-value property investment and development clients.
You will provide pivotal frontline support by preparing credit submissions for new and existing clients as well as reviewing and managing ongoing business, while contributing to the growth of the portfolio by developing your own networks.
This is a full-time permanent position based at ASB's beautiful North Wharf building.
To add value to our high-performing teams, you'll be someone with strong property banking experience, the knowledge and ability to interpret valuations, a solid background in lending and credit management, with comprehensive knowledge of banking products.
A Bachelor's degree in property or equivalent is preferred.
If you have a proven passion for property, an innate ability to build strong external and internal relationships combined with a strong background in lending and credit management, then we would like to hear from you.
