Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional looking to make a tangible impact on New Zealand's transport infrastructure? Join us as a Property Coordinator and play a key role in delivering major property acquisition programmes across the country. You'll work closely with Property Acquisition Managers, ensuring efficient support and helping us drive our mission forward.
As an essential part of the Project Delivery and Transport Property teams, you'll handle a mix of transactional and transformational tasks to streamline our property acquisition processes. From keeping meticulous records to developing business improvements, your work will ensure our programmes operate smoothly and achieve critical milestones.
Your Day-to-Day: Support the Property team in transaction management, meeting coordination, record-keeping, data updates, and reporting.Drive business improvements by evaluating and developing streamlined processes for efficient property acquisition.Collaborate with Property Coordinators, Project Managers, and Directors to deliver work within scope, time, quality, and budget.Create actionable insights through data analysis, building scalable reports in Power BI.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training, actively engaging in the successful delivery of property projects.Qualifications: Strong communicator with a service-oriented approach.Experience in project support from start to finish, ideally within roading or major infrastructure.Knowledge of public sector processes, including the Privacy Act, Resource Management Act, and Official Information Act (OIA).Advanced MS Office 365 skills, including Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.Proven ability in financial data analysis, process improvement, and change management.A knack for identifying risks, managing them proactively, and ensuring high-quality project standards.Why Join Us?
