The Opportunity
Part of the shared services team, we manage multiple sites (leased and owned) across Aotearoa and will be project managing new builds and sites over the next few years.
To support us in that we're looking for an experienced Property Coordinator to join the property team based in Auckland. As the Property Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the Property Team, providing administrative support and coordination across our team to deliver property services aligned with our business objectives and portfolio requirements.
Your contribution to the team will include
Facilities and asset management
Coordinating maintenance activities
Assisting in budget preparation and OPEX management
Providing project administration support and preparing relevant documents
Ensuring compliance with Sime Darby Group procurement and policies
About You
We're seeking candidates with demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in property management or a related field. Your proactive, collaborative approach will be essential in liaising with various stakeholders. Being a self-motivated individual, you thrive in dynamic environments and adapt quickly to evolving priorities. Your meticulous attention to detail, organizational prowess, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are crucial for managing job requests and delivering accurate reports.
