Property & Commercial Solicitor / Associate Join a national law firm with a strong Property and Commercial Property team based out of Christchurch. We are working with a fantastic law firm with a strong reputation in Christchurch who are looking to add to their Property & Commercial team. Well known for their strong mentoring and development, they offer great training programmes and staff development as well as clear progression pathways. The Role: We are looking for someone with 3-5 years PQE and experience across commercial and residential property law. This position sits within one of the largest specialist property teams in Christchurch and will include: Residential and commercial conveyancing Leasing including lease drafting, variations, renewals and development leasing Assisting as part of a project team on large scale commercial property transactions including structuring, financing and due diligence Drafting LINZ instruments We are looking for someone ambitious, hard-working and who can hit the ground running!
